Change of Plans!
A small change in plans this year for racing. Our home track
of Lake County Speedway in Madison was put up on the auction block and sold. Unfortunately, there won't be any racing there.
It is a bum deal because track wise, it was a great track and a fun one to race on. It was close to Brookings which made it
an added benefit.
We planned on racing at I90 speedway in Hartford since LCS is closed, however, we decided
to take a different course and race at Murray County Speedway in Slayton Minnesota. We have several close fellow racers that
are racing there and for us, it just made sense to make that change. We plan on racing a few extra events at Nobles County
Speedway in Worthington Minnesota and also race at I90 Speedway when we are able to.
We look forward to a change of racing venues and and the chance to race against different
drivers. Slayton is a very racey track and there is top notch competition there. It will be a challenge to race there for
me because it is a flat track and I am used to the high banks at LCS.
